Uncompromising solutions for big challenges:
XL series of cable and hose carriers: lightweight, rugged, extra large
Large, strong, lightweight.
Our new XL series is the first carrier to combine these three remarkable features in one product. As strong as steel, as lightweight as plastic - and all this in sizes so far reserved only for steel drag chains.
Large-scale Prospects: The XL series opens up a new world of possibilities for carrying your cables and hoses:
- loadable, nearly as a steel chain
- lightweight, due the material plastic
- high degree of stability for long self-supporting lengths
- suitable for extremely long travel lengths
- very wear-resistant

With the XL series you easiliy overcome also longest travel lengths.
Due to the material and construction the cable carrier
- suitable for a sliding arrangement in a channel
- variable widths from 200 to 1000 mm
- 7 bend radii are available
- Extremely light construction for high additional loads and
- designed for highest operational safety
XL Adaptability: The ideal stay variant for each and every application
No more compromises! When you are dealing with unusual problems, you need no longer be tied by rigid schemes when finding a solution. Our new exclusive XL series offers aluminum stays which can be custom-manufactured to the nearest millimetre to fit your application. Compromises are a thing of the past. Whats more, aluminum is a material which offers optimum support and protection for cable and hose sheaths. Aluminum stays and cover systems from Kabelschlepp excel in producing minimal cable abrasion and offering maximum security for your cable and hose carrier system.

Frame stay RM
The solid aluminium frame stays are bolted to the inside and outside of both chain bands, resulting in maximum stability.

Hole Stay
The exact hole patterns (maximum diameter 110 mm) required are milled out of the aluminium elements. Cables are milled out of the aluminium elements. Cables and hoses are then guided in the neutral axis of the carrier. Relative movements between the stay and the cable/hose are prevented, offering maximum operational safety even under harshest conditions.

Roller stay
The freely rotating roller stays offer almost no resistance to cable and hose sheaths, thus preserving the sheath material and thereby increasing the lifespan of cables and hoses.

Aluminium cover system RMD
This stay variant is equipped with hinged lid covers made of aluminium, consequently offering a more effective protection of cables and hoses against the prevailling environmental conditions.
