Secure connections for all loads:
Interlocking hinged brackets for the UNIFLEX Series

UNIFLEX-Serie: Interlocking hinged brackets

Connecting brackets in cable and hose carrier systems are frequently subjected to extreme loads and stresses, particularly in two areas:

Pulsating pressure hoses

In all applications where hydraulic fluids, water, oil or similar media cause considerable expansion and contraction of hoses, often traditional connecting brackets will sooner or later yield to the bursting forces associated with high pressure hoses. In the worse case scenario, cables and hoses may even yank out traditional brackets.

Small bend radii

When cables and hoses need to be routed inside particularly confined bend radii, pressure on the connecting brackets increases on the outside.

The new connecting brackets for the UNIFLEX series are designed to guarantee optimum secure support for cables and hoses. They are interlocking, but can be opened in the usual way to allow maintenance and service. As with other connecting brackets, this new design permits the straightforward separation of cables and hoses using separating stays and horizontal cavity dividers.

Designed with rear grips, the connecting brackets are press-fitted to the cable carrier, resulting in a further increase in the lateral strength of the complete cable and hose carrier system. The rear grips mean that separating stays are no longer displaced onto the lateral chainbands.
