KabelSkate, our system for particularly long travel lengths, has proven itself for years. Travel lengths exceeding 500 m are possible. So far, the system used to consist of two opposite chains and a supporting carriage. Rollers arranged between the upper trough and lower trough drastically reduce the friction. A sort of trolley takes on the job of keeping the rollers at a distance and in position. Roll instead of sliding – the intelligent principle for less friction.

KabelSkate Single manages with only one cable carrier. A design with a curved deflection makes this possible. The chain is led through the deflecting curve and thus holds the trolley in position. For moving the cable carriers, only small pulling or pushing forces are necessary even with travel lengths more than 500 m or large additional loads.
