We supply steel, highgrade stainless steel and solid plastic cable carriers and plastic cable carriers with aluminium stays (Hybrid cable carriers), in standard sizes or tailormade to an individual customer’s requirements in millimetre units.
Our scope of supply ranges from small units of only a few millimetres as for an inkjet printer to giant chains for oil platforms where the chain weighs several tonnes.
With properties suited to all application situations, for example stable and robust, with fixed chain widths or variable widths, for long unsupported lengths and 3D applications. Particularly quiet and lightweight, in a covered design and quickly openable. Or for extreme conditions, for example heat-resistant or suitable for clean room environments.
KABELSCHLEPP LIFE-LINE electrical cables were specially developed, optimized and tested for use in cable carrier systems. Even in the most exacting application conditions, they provide the reliability that matters – and at reasonable prices.
Under the name TOTALTRAX KABELSCHLEPP supplies complete, fully-harnessed cable carrier systems. According to our customers’ requirements we can supply harnessed cable carriers with the cables already inserted up to a full complex system, ie with divider systems, cables, plugs and connectors, transport frames or other sheet metal structures.

KABELSCHLEPP’s scope of achievements encompasses all the important production areas – from reliable telescopic covers, way wipers and link apron covers to bellows, steel spring covers and roller conveyor covers.
Our thinking is not defined by what has gone before – if a suitable product for your application does not yet exist, we will develop and construct it. For transporting chips / shavings, trimmings, metal scrap, forgings, moulded parts and plastic components we can supply bespoke, client-specific conveyor systems.
KABELSCHLEPP hinged belt conveyors are used for transporting chips and shavings from eg lathes and milling machines as well as scrap or small parts etc, scraper conveyors are used for transporting short shavings from eg milling work, and belt conveyors for transporting lightweight parts and scrap from punching work or waste from plastic injection mouldings.
